The manufacturers have been consisting of producting garments for export, trading raw materials for the U.S. and the Japan Market. Those manufacturers are very well-trained for children's wear, lingerie, and underwear for men and women, jackets, T-shirts, fashion garments, and embroidery. With 800 sets of machinery, the company has a production capacity of about 1.2 Million pieces of product per year.

Oktava is the supplier for Levis, Delta, Pierre Cardin, Puma, Sears, K-mart, Walmart, Kellword, etc.
